Titanium Round Bar
Titanium grade is a lightweight, high-strength module. The Titanium Round Bar is designed with a superior chemical concentration of titanium, aluminum, iron, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. Designed with a uniform cross sectional area, the Ti Round Bar has enhanced tolerance to corrosive and oxidative media across stress-induced environments. These bars are lighter than 40% of stainless steel and offer good stability. The Ti-6al-4v Round Bar makes up around 50% of the titanium usage in this grade. Designed possessing superior strength, the versatile Titanium Grade 5 Round Bar has enhanced load-bearing capacity. These bars showcase excellent thermal conductivity and have constituents of 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium embedded in them. The Titanium Grade 2 Round Bar is a pure titanium grade that has lower strength than grade 5 bars but is cheaper than these modules.
The Titanium Hex Bar is manufactured in a polygonal cross section. Designed with six sides, these offer good room for movement and rotation in difficult areas across different applications.
