Hastelloy C276 Round Bar

Hastelloy C276 is a superalloy designed for high performance. The Hastelloy C276 Round Bar is designed with a superior composition of chromium, molybdenum, and nickel with additions of tungsten to stabilize them. Designed with a circular cross sectional area, the Hastelloy round bar has outstanding resistance against reducing corrosive media across different stress-induced environments. These bars are also tolerant against pitting induced by acids. The Alloy C276 round bar showcases exceptional tolerance against wet chlorine gas, chlorine dioxide solutions, and hypochlorite. The robust bars don’t require solution heat treatment after the welding process. Hastelloy C22 Round Bar is an upgrade to the C276 grade. These round bars have the best resistance against corrosive media in the Hastelloy grade. The Hastelloy B2 Round Bar is a solution-strengthened grade that has lower carbon, iron, and silicon content. These bars have enhanced resistance against acids in reducing conditions.

The DIN 2.4819 Square Bar is designed with a square cross sectional area where all the sides are equal. These square bars are a common feature in manufacturing processes and in repairs. Nickel C276 flat bar, on the contrary, is designed with a rectangular cross sectional area. These bars have less thickness than square bars and are generally used in structural steel applications.
